Chin Implants

Most people with a small chin are candidates for what is called “chin augmentation”.  An implant is inserted through a small incision under the chin or inside the mouth.  On occasion it also helps to reduce a “double chin”.  Sometimes a chin augmentation is complimented by a rhinoplasty (nose job) to give a more balanced and pleasant appearance.  The operation can be done under local anesthesia and the recovery period takes just a few days.
